Why we keep everything under one roof?
One shop means one point of contact, one timeline, and one standard across every piece. Your logo looks the same on the embroidered polo, the screen printed tee, and the branded tumbler, because the same team handled all three.
Running production in house also means we catch problems before they ship. If a color is off or a placement needs adjusting, we fix it on the floor instead of relaying it through a third party.

How does an order work?

you need
Send your logo, the garments or products you have in mind, rough quantities, and your deadline. We answer quote requests the same day.

Approve your proof
We send a digital mockup showing exactly how your design will look on each item. Nothing goes to production until you sign off.
03.
We Produce it
Screen printing and embroidery run in our Urbana shop. Promotional products get sourced, decorated, and checked before they leave.
04.
Delivery or pickup
Standard apparel orders typically land 2 weeks after proof approval. Pick up at the shop, take local delivery, or have it shipped.

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum for new customers is 48 pieces on decorated apparel. For existing customers, we can go lower. Promotional product minimums vary by item and come with your quote.
How long does an order take?
Standard apparel orders run about 2 weeks from proof approval. Promotional product timelines depend on the item and supplier, and we confirm them up front.
Can you help with the design?
Yes. Our sister studio, Bolder Creative, builds and preps artwork so it's production ready for any decoration method.
Which decoration method should I choose?
It depends on the garment, the design, the quantity, and how much wear the piece needs to handle. Our breakdown of screen printing versus embroidery walks through the tradeoffs, and we'll recommend a method with every quote.
