What brands do you carry?
We have your standard t-shirt brands like Gildan, Port & Company, Hanes, and Jerzee as well as higher-end brands like BELLA + CANVAS and Next Level.
If you’re looking for more premium garments, we offer items from Carhartt, The North Face, Nike, Champion, Brooks Brothers, and many more.
What is a print-ready file?
Print ready artwork is a vector file (.EPS, .SVG, .AI, and sometimes .PDF).
If you don’t have print-ready artwork, don’t fret. We can work with you to bring your design to life.
What is the minimum I need to order?
In order to provide our best price match guarantee, orders need to be a minimum of 12 pieces per design. If you would like to order 6 t-shirts and 6 hoodies with the same screen print artwork, we can make that happen.
What is PMS color matching?
We believe your apparel should align with your brand standards, so supplying a PMS color allows us to get your prints as close to your brand standards as possible.
What setup fees can I expect?
For screen-printing, the setup fee is $20 per screen (or color), as well as a one-time $50 digitizing fee per design.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer FREE local delivery within 60 miles of our shop. Outside that range, we will include a shipping cost in your order estimate.
When will I get my order?
We pride ourselves on a 6-10 business day turnaround time for orders under 1,500 pieces. Promotional items will take around 15 business days.
Turnaround time can be affected by our vendor stock and any finishing services—custom tags, folding, bagging, etc.
Do I have to order a certain number of shirts to get a price break?
Yes. We want to give you the best pricing possible so our price breaks are at 48, 72, 200, 500, 1,000, 2,500, and 5,000.

What types of print do you offer?
Our expertise is screen-printing and embroidery, but heat transfer vinyl, transfers, and patches are also options.
Do you offer individual item bagging?
Yes. Let us know if this is something you need, and we’ll be happy to price it out for you.
Do you offer tag printing?
Yes. On applicable items we can remove existing tags and print your tag in its place.
What is an under base?
An under base is just like it sounds. In most cases, this is a white layer of ink printed under your design to make print colors pop on darker garments.
Do you do hats?
Yes! We love hats around here and offer embroidery as well as dozens of different patch options to make sure you get the exact look you’re going for.
Can I rush my order?
Yes. We want to make sure you can always get your order when you need it. If you’ve got a time crunch, let us know and we’ll try our very best to hit your deadlines. A rush order fee may apply.
