We do not accept returns on items that have been customized with your design/artwork. Once a customer approves the proof of design or artwork, there is no option to return. We can assist in reprinting if you incorrectly approved artwork.
Customers will not receive products that are flawed in material, have miss-printing issues, or items that are below our standard of excellence.
